Step 1

Please take a moment to fill out our Free Quote form and we will give you a price and timeframe estimate within 24 hours.

Step 2

We will go over the project details with you and answer any questions you have before we finalize the estimate.

Step 3

Once the estimate is finalized we will send you an invoice outlining the project details and asking you to put a down payment of half the project total.

Step 4

Once the down-payment has been made, we can begin working on your project!

Step 5

We will need several items from you before we can get started on the site, including: your Non Profit Web Hosting ftp and cpanel login details as well as any content such as copy, media and graphics that you want on your new website.

Step 6

We will now begin designing your website. We will send you the first design preview in about a week, depending on the site’s complexity.

Step 7

We will review the initial design preview with you and make any changes required. We offer up to 3 revision rounds at no charge.

Step 8

Once you sign off on the finished design we can being coding, which takes about a week or more depending on the size of your website.

Step 9

We will now test your newly coded site on all browsers and optimize it for search engines, making sure its working perfectly.

Step 10

Now your new website should be ready to go live! Once the final payment has been made we will transfer all the files to your server and make sure the website is 100% fully-functional and running smoothly so you can enjoy your non profit’s beautiful new website!
